Project Management
CJHNetwork can provide Project Managers for any Process Improvement
We offer training in both traditional waterfall and Agile techniques.
Assessment & Audit
Our Network includes EFQM Assessors and ISO Auditors in the following areas; ISO 9000, 14 000, 18 000, 50 000 and 27 000.
These audits can be used at the front end of a project to determine the current state and provide direction for plans. They also provide the standards templates for Quality Systems which are required for both compliance and entry into certain markets. As a company moves to steady state, Assessments and Audits can be used to generate Improvement Plans for the future.
Lean Applications
CJHNetwork has developed a series of lean applications for specific sectors.
Lean Start
Lean Start provides an introduction to Lean concepts and allows the client to gain an understanding of what the tools and techniques can do for a company in a short, focused engagement. Assignments will typically be carried out over eight to ten weeks. Companies will be eligible to receive support for a maximum of seven consultancy days.
Lean Plus
Lean Plus refers to a Lean project over a medium-term period. A Lean Plus assignment is a medium-term, business process improvement project. It will apply Lean techniques and will achieve significant measurable gains in capabilities and competitiveness.
Assignments may vary in size and scope but will typically be completed within six months.
Lean & Green
Lean & Green thinking was first trialled by Gerry Shaw, one of the key members of the CJHNetwork. Working with SEAI, he worked with large companies across the country to apply Lean & Green thinking to the businesses. He was supported by Energy Engineers from Denmark. We have developed a toolkit and a new approach based on the following.
Lean Transform
Lean Transform is a large scale, company transformation programme. The Lean Transform initiative is primarily designed for larger companies with significant operations who can demonstrate that they have existing capability and resources to implement a programme of this scale. Assignments will typically run for at least one year. The assignment is preceded by a scoping exercise.
Lean Digital Transformation
This includes review of current operational processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities. The focus should be on eliminating waste by introducing easier, faster processes backed up by automation and/or cloud based digital systems where appropriate.
Digitalisation
The objective of the Digitalisation voucher, available from Enterprise Ireland, is to help companies prepare a plan for the adoption of digital tools and techniques across the business. With that, the risks associated should always be considered, ensuring that Cyber Security is at the forefront of any digital plan. Our team here at CJHNetwork can provide you with the most up to date Cyber Awareness Training for your employees as part of your Digitalisation process.
